A former pastor in Romania and the U.S., he co-authored In the Spirit and Power with Kelly Mowrer, focusing on prayer, revival, and commitment to God.

Don MacLafferty, founder and president of In Discipleship, mobilizes churches and schools to equip parents in discipling their children. Married to April for over 30 years, they have three children: Jason, Julie, and Jessica.

Oleg Lotca, an ordained minister, is the president of Streams of Light International. He has served as field manager for the Central California Conference's Literature Evangelism Department since 2019 and held similar roles in Argentina from 2008 to 2017.
